As a courtesy to our patients, we confirm all appointments in advance. In the event you need to change or cancel an appointment, please provide the office with at least 48 hours notice. This will allow us to care for another patient who might be in need.
Our office charges a minimum fee of $50.00 for all missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. |
