In general a pregnant woman in her 2nd trimester, such as yourself, should definitely consider getting her teeth cleaned since this is the safest and most comfortable time for you. I would avoid any dental work, unless it is an emergency, in the 1st trimester. You may not be very comfortable during the last 2 months either and that is a time I would postpone getting any dental work done until after delivery.
